It has come to the attention of the College of Princesses and Princes that South Lacerta ought to open a general embassy to the other nations of the AIA. To celebrate this momentous occasion, and to actually get people in the Embassy, The Most Serene Princess Dawn has chosen to host a tea party for officials of all the nations of the AIA.
